Van der Linden Real Estate Agency was founded in Lelystad in 1975 by Mr. and Mrs. Van der Linden. Approximately five years later a second Estate Agency was established in Almere and in 1985 the third office opened in Zeewolde.
In 1989 two existing Estate Agencies in Zwolle en Kampen were taken over, followed by A 6th Estate Agency in Zutphen in 1991 and the last in 1998 in Dronten.
